The flavours of the garden into the glass for a delightful aromatic experience


  • A few basil leaves washed
  • A few mint leave rinsed
  • ZARI Royale Gold
  • White or golden sugar
  • Soda water or tonic


In a tall glass macerate a handful of basil and mint leaves, add a half a cup of ZARI Gold Royale and some ice. Transfer to a cocktail shaker to mix thoroughly. Dip a wide neck glass in ZARI Royale Gold and then dip the rim in sugar to create a sweet crystal crust. Two thirds fill the prepared glass with the shaken mixture, top with soda water or tonic water and garnish with a large basil and/or mint leaf.
