To enjoy with hearty winter stews and festive cakes

Ingredients:
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • A small handfuls of cloves
  • 15 black peppercorns
  • Star anise
  • Knob of ginger
  • Lemon and orange slices
  • 750ml bottle of ZARI Ruby
Directions:

Bring all ingredients to boil in a small pot, then turn down to a simmer.

Allow to cool to slightly. Ladle into glasses. TIP: Place metal spoon in the glass to absorb heat when pouring hot liquid into glass.
