Zesty ZARI Sangria
A delicious take on Spanish sangria, redolent with mint, citrus and berries, traditionally shared from pouring jugs or communal punch bowls. A Bubbly Bar where guests can self-serve and garnish their own drinks is a sure party pleaser.Ingredients:
- 1 cup (250ml) freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- small handful of fresh mint leaves
- 6-8 cucumber slices
- 1 small lime, sliced
- 2 tbsp grapefruit zest twists small handful of fresh blueberries
- 1 cup (250ml) soda water 2 cups (500ml) ZARI Lifestyle Red 4 dashes of bitters
1.) Pour the grapefruit juice into a large jug. Add the mint leaves, cucumber slices, lime slices, grapefruit zest and blueberries.
2.) Top up with soda water and ZARI Lifestyle Red. Add the bitters, stir gently and serve.
